A New GM Beginning?

Post  Arthur on July 6th 2010, 2:05 pm

I saw the post in the OOTP big boards for a couple of GMs. I'm interested in the Las Vegas job - I'm rebuilding in another OOTP league right now and want to gain an overview of the two ends of the spectrum in the new (okay, okay revamped then!!) game engine.

So, I've been with OOTP since version 5 and have gone through various trials and tribulations and really enjoy the new engine in solo play but it's online that's the challenge, really isn't it.

I'm based over in the UK, play in one other league (tMBU - a talent only league) and would love to come on board here.

I'll try and catch up with the commish on AIM and I hope to see you around the boards soon.

Hey Arthur, since Steve posted on the board first, I have to be fair and offer him the choice of Virginia Beach or Vegas first, but your certainly welcome to whatever team he does not choose. You guys can work it out however you want.

Im on AIM most of the day as well SDPADRES10

I did post on the OOTP boards before Steve, but did not post here as I thought that OOTP post was sufficient to register interest.

As I stated, I'm not keen on a rebuilding team and so have a preference for LV. If Steve wants them, I'd prefer to remain on the waiting list rather than take another rebuilding team.

I look forward to hearing from you.

If you could let me know what Steve's decision on LV is, I'd appreciate if it could be sent via AIM to ACLmariners as I know you're close to the start of a new season.

I'll pop back here in a day or so if I don't hear anything and good luck to all for the new season!

Ahh ok, sorry had not been to the OOTP boards yet today, so I guess you were first then. So Las Vegas is yours.

Ill catch you on AIM to discuss further.
