Full Count Baseball currently uses OOTPX with the latest patch. It is necessary that each GM own a copy of OOTPX, as there is no way for you to send in rosters, FA offers, extensions, etc. without it.

Owners of the game must keep up-to-date on the latest patches and versions of OOTPX to ensure compatibility with the Commissioner's version of the game.
