$3 Million Referral Bonus for referring GMs to our league

I'm willing to dole out a $3 million referral bonus to any of you, if your referral becomes a GM. For multiple referrals, this will executed as $3 million for the first referral, and $1 million each for anything after.

I think this is a fair use of cash, and it may stand for future recruiting. It's time consuming for the commish to look for people, and it's been really slow in the OOTP community for recruiting GMs.
